How To Cook Shrimp- Spinach in Coconut Milk

 Shrimp- Spinach in Coconut Milk

Shrimp- spinach with coconut milk is delicious, easy and fast to cook. You will only need approximately 10 mins to cook it.

Ingredients:
spinach
1 lb shrimp
1 can coconut milk or cream if you want it creamier
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp sesame oil
ginger
onion
2 tsp salt (adjust according to your taste)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (you can use annato or achuete powder)
1/2 tsp garlic- pepper powder
- Saute onion in oil, add ginger, then add shrimp
- Add 1/2 tsp garlic pepper and 1 tsp salt
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil
- Add 1 can of coconut milk/cream
- Add additional1 tsp of salt according to your taste
- Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Bring to boil then add the whole packet of spinach
- Cover for a minute to let spinach absorb the coconut milk.
- You can add chili or chili powder if you want it spicy
- Serve with steamed rice.
