How To Make Egg Roll Omelet

Egg Roll Omelet

This recipe is for all moms out there like me, struggling to convince their kids to eat vegetables. This is effective. My daughter didn't like mushroom but she loves this omelet.

Ingredients:
5 eggs
4 tbsp of finely chopped carrot
1 piece of finely chopped button mushroom
1 tbsp of finely chopped onion
1 tbsp of finely chopped spring onion
1/2 tomato finey chopped
1 piece toasted bacon chopped (optional)
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of ground black garlic- black pepper powder
oil


- Combine all ingredients, mix well.
- Heat the pan, add small amount of oil.
- Put a thin mixture and allow to cook in low heat.
- Roll the mixture up with a use of spatula and spoon.
- Add another thin layer and repeat procedure with the rest of the mixture.
- Cut the omelet diagonally then serve.
